Your office will need to contact Apex at (509) 764-5399 or email office@apexda.com to request anesthesia services. Please submit your request as soon as possible to ensure availability of anesthesia services on the date requested. You will have greater efficiency on these days if your patient schedule is at least six hours of time for procedures using anesthesia. If we have not previously provided anesthesia in your facility, we will need to schedule a visit to confirm that the minimum space requirement for operatory and recovery areas is met, to plan for the placement of anesthesia equipment, and to evaluate medical and anesthesia-waste-gas logistics.
